Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Elite Sub-Zero Appliance Repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide appliance repair services for premium brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Gaggenau, and others. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer.

Service Calls and Pricing

  • Service calls include a diagnostic fee that is applied toward repair costs if you proceed
  • You will receive a quote before any repair work begins
  • You have the right to decline repairs after diagnosis
  • Payment is due upon completion of services

Warranty

All repairs are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other components or unrelated issues.

Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from power surges or other external factors
  • Repairs performed by others after our service

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage or business interruption.

Independent Service Provider

Elite Sub-Zero Appliance Repair is an independent appliance repair company. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Sub-Zero Group, Inc., Wolf Appliance, Inc., Thermador (BSH Home Appliances), Viking Range Corporation, Miele, Gaggenau, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
