Pricing & Payment

How much does a service call cost?

Our service call fee covers the technician visit and initial diagnosis. This fee is applied toward the repair if you proceed with our service. Final repair costs depend on the specific problem, parts needed, and labor required. We provide a complete estimate before any work begins.

Do you provide free estimates?

We provide detailed estimates after the initial diagnostic visit. The diagnostic fee covers the technician inspection and is applied to your repair cost if you proceed. We believe accurate diagnosis is essential for honest pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. For larger repairs, we can discuss payment arrangements.

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?

We use quality replacement parts that meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications. For critical components, we can source genuine OEM parts upon request. We always discuss parts options and pricing before proceeding with repairs.

Scheduling

How quickly can you come out?

Standard appointments are typically available within 1-3 business days. Emergency service is available for critical situations like refrigerator failures during Arizona summers. Response times may vary by location and current demand.

Do you offer same-day service?

Same-day service is available for emergency situations when technicians are available. During peak summer months, refrigerator and freezer emergencies are prioritized. Call early in the day for the best chance of same-day service.

What are your hours of operation?

We provide service Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency service may be available outside regular hours for critical situations. Call to discuss your specific needs.

Can I schedule online?

Yes, you can schedule service through our online booking system or by calling directly. Online booking allows you to select available time slots that work for your schedule.

Brands We Service

What brands do you repair?

We specialize in premium and luxury appliance brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Gaggenau, Bosch, Dacor, La Cornue, True Residential, Scotsman, and Cove. Our technicians receive specialized training for each brand to ensure expert-level service.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes, all our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we'll return at no additional charge to resolve it.

Will your repair void my appliance warranty?

If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first. For out-of-warranty appliances, our repairs will not void any remaining coverage. We can discuss your specific warranty situation when you call.

What if the repair doesn't fix the problem?

Our 90-day warranty covers the specific repair performed. If the original issue persists or returns, we'll come back to diagnose and resolve it at no additional charge. Different issues that arise are treated as separate service calls.

Emergency Service

What qualifies as an emergency repair?

Emergencies include refrigerator/freezer failures (especially during Arizona summers when food spoilage happens quickly), gas appliance issues with safety concerns, and situations where delay would cause significant damage or safety risks.

Is there an extra charge for emergency service?

Emergency service rates may differ from standard service calls, particularly for after-hours or weekend requests. We'll provide clear pricing when you call so you can make an informed decision.

What should I do while waiting for emergency repair?

For refrigerator failures: minimize door openings, move critical items to a cooler with ice, and note the temperature if possible. For gas appliances: turn off the gas supply if you smell gas and ventilate the area. For electrical issues: turn off the circuit breaker to the appliance.

Maintenance

How often should I have my appliances serviced?

We recommend annual maintenance for most appliances, with more frequent service for heavily used items. In Arizona, refrigerators and HVAC-connected appliances may benefit from bi-annual service due to the extreme climate conditions.

Can I perform my own maintenance?

Basic maintenance like cleaning condenser coils, changing filters, and cleaning gaskets can be done by homeowners. However, refrigerant checks, electrical inspections, and calibration should be performed by qualified technicians.

What maintenance can prevent costly repairs?

Regular condenser coil cleaning (critical in dusty Arizona), door gasket inspection, water filter replacement, and ice maker descaling (due to Arizona hard water) are the most important preventive measures. These simple tasks can prevent many common failures.

Arizona-Specific

How does Arizona heat affect my appliances?

Arizona's extreme heat (115°F+) forces refrigeration systems to work harder, increasing wear on compressors, condensers, and fan motors. Garage refrigerators are especially vulnerable. We recommend summer maintenance checks and ensuring adequate ventilation around appliances.

How does Arizona hard water affect appliances?

Arizona water contains 300-500+ ppm of dissolved minerals, causing scale buildup in ice makers, dishwashers, and any water-connected appliance. This leads to reduced ice production, cloudy ice, clogged lines, and premature component failure. Regular descaling is essential.

Should I be concerned about monsoon season?

Yes, monsoon season (July-September) brings power surges from lightning, sudden humidity changes, and electrical grid stress. We recommend surge protectors for valuable appliances and prompt service if you notice unusual behavior after storms.

I'm a snowbird - do you offer seasonal services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive snowbird services including pre-departure shutdown preparation, mid-season checks, and arrival startup service. Proper preparation prevents issues from developing while you're away and ensures appliances are ready when you return.
